Buying a Home is an Emotional Experience

It's far too easy to become attached to a home. We're here to provide you with an independent, professional opinion so you can make the right choice.

A home inspection is an objective visual inspection of the physical structure and systems of the home. The inspection will arm you with detailed, unbiased information.

We'll uncover building defects, necessary repairs, safety hazards, and preventative maintenance issues that could cost you a lot of money down the road. We'll also help you understand which problems are major, and which problems can be corrected inexpensively.

Hire a Home Inspector Who Has Your Best Interests in Mind

You probably won't get to meet your home inspector until the day of the inspection. It's important to find someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and properly certified. Make sure you're hiring a home inspector who has your best interests in mind.

We've been certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and have the experience and knowledge to ensure that you're armed with the best information possible.

We also encourage our clients to be present for the inspection, where we'll educate and familiarize you with your new home. Attending the inspection is also a great opportunity for you to get those questions answered that you may have before reading through the inspection.

Extra Peace of Mind Included with Every Home Inspection

We include RecallChek, free of charge, with every full home inspection. RecallChek examines over 195 million recalled appliances as listed by the CPSC. You'll be notified, in your monthly news letter, of any recalls for your appliances along with instructions to get the appliance repaired by the manufacturer. Even if a recall is not found on the first report, it may be found a month or years later.

We encourage you to sign up for an account when you get your report, which will be delivered within 2 business days from the time it was submitted. This is typically the day of the inspection. This account will allow you to add and edit any appliances associated with you and change them as you upgrade the appliances. You can even change the address on the account, so if you move it will follow you to your next home.
